This matter came before the Court upon Defendant’s Motion to Quash Service and Motion to Dismiss and upon Plaintiffs Motion for Extension of Time to Obtain Service of Process. The Court heard oral arguments from both sides and then took the matter under advisement. Having now reviewed the briefs and underlying authorities, the Court denies the Plaintiffs Motion for Extension of Time and grants the Defendant’s Motion to Quash.
