This case came before the Court on July 24,2007, for argument on the following: (1) Plaintiffs Motion for Second Nonsuit; (2) Plaintiffs Motion for an Extension of Time to Serve the Defendant; and (3) Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss. For the reasons hereinafter set forth, the Plaintiffs motions are denied, and the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss is granted. This action is dismissed with prejudice.
