Affirming.

These two appeals have been consolidated and will be disposed of in one ¡opinion.

The original action was brought in the Laurel circuit court by Nannie Gregory and John Gregory against James Nelson to quiet the title to a small tract of land, less than an acre, and, from the judgment adjudging Nannie Gregory to be the owner of the land in dispute, the defendant has appealed.
