Affirming.

The widow and children of Aaron H. Helton, deceased, instituted this action, in the Harlan circuit court, against the appellee, E. M. Wilson, and sought the sale of a large tract of land, containing above six hundred acres, and the division of the proceeds among the owners of the land. The children of Aaron H. Helton claimed, that they were the joint owners of an undivided one-fifth part of the land, by inheritance from their father, and the widow claimed, that she was the owner of a dower, in the portion, owned by the children.
