OPINION
BRETT, Judge:
The defendant herein, Chris Paul Cook, Jr., was charged and tried to the court in the District Court, Cleveland County, Case No. CRF-76-430, with the offense of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, in violation of 63 O.S.1972 Supp. § 2 401 B. The State offered the testimony of police officers that they had witnessed a transaction in which defendant sold a controlled substance to another person. The defense offered his own testimony and testimony of the person who purportedly purchased the drugs from him to the effect that the defendant had not possessed…
