The relevant facts in these two appeals are as follows: In her capacity as guardian of her minor niece, appellee-defendant Ms. M. Aubrey Munford retained appellant-plaintiff to act as her legal counsel. However, Munford subsequently discharged appellant' and retained appellee-defendant Stell Huie as her attorney. Thereafter, appellant filed suit against Munford, naming her as a defendant in both her individual and her guardianship capacities, and against Huie and his law firm.
