Appeals from judgments of the circuit court of Jefferson County rendered on jury verdicts in favor of plaintiffs in two cases (4'5765-X and 45766-X) consolidated for *343trial and, by agreement of the parties, submitted here on one record. Appellant in each case was the defendant in each case below. The appeals are on the record only. There is no transcript of the evidence; -noy is the oral charge to the jury made a part of the record.
