Plaintiffs have filed in this court a verified petition for a writ of prohibition whereby they seek to permanently prohibit the district court of Salt Lake county, Utah, and Hon. Herbert Schiller, one of the judges thereof, from further proceeding in a cause wherein the plaintiffs herein were cited to appear before the district court and show cause why they should not be punished for contempt.
