The Waldeek-Deal Dredging Company is a Florida corporation with its principal place of business at Miami in that state. It had a contract with the United States to dredge a section of tho Intra-Coastal Waterway, which is being constructed along tho eastern shores of tho United States, the sec tion covered by the contract extending from the channel o£ the Cape Fear river below Wilmington, N.
