This is a controversy over the right to cut ice in Reed’s lake, plaintiff insisting upon ownership of the bed of the lake within the lines of the fractional subdivisions extended, and defendant insisting upon a division of the center line proportionate to the shore line, so as to give to each riparian owner an equitable share.
