This appeal is taken from a judgment of the circuit court of Greene county, rendered against appellant for costs, and in bar of its action on a cause brought to that court by appeal from the judgment of a justice of the peace imposing a fine of three dollars and costs on appellee for the violation of an ordinance of the city of Carrollton.
