LARRY JOPLIN, Judge..11 In the principal appeal, Defendant/Appellant/Counter-Appellee Doris Dearmon (Defendant) seeks review of the trial court's order granting attorney's fees and costs to Plaintiff/Appellee/Counter-Appellant Elizabeth Hall (Plaintiff) on motion of Plaintiff after Plaintiff accepted Defendant's offer to confess judgment. In the counter-appeal, Plaintiff asserts the trial court abused its discretion in awarding less than the amount of the attorney's fees and costs she sought.
