ROGER, Chief Judge.
Debtor Stewart D. Waterman appeals the Order of the Bankruptcy Court, 1 allowing a claim filed by Lela F. Ditto. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the Order of the Bankruptcy Court.
We have jurisdiction to hear this appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(b) and (c).
FACTUAL BACKGROUND
Lela F. Ditto filed a Proof of Claim asserting a secured claim in the amount of $28,955.40 pertaining to a Promissory Note and Deed of Trust which had been executed between Ditto and Debtor in the earlier Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of AABase Homes, Inc. The bankruptcy judge in the AABase Homes…
