Appellant Richard Carrillo seeks review of a Minnesota Court of Appeals decision affirming the Washington County District Court’s denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. Carrillo argues that the Commissioner of Corrections violated his constitutional rights by failing to provide him with sufficient procedural due process before extending his period of imprisonment by seven days.
