MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ROBERT L. BERRY, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the Court concerns an Application to Withdraw as Counsel for Magic Circle Energy Corporation and/or as Counsel for Wm. J. and Jane E. O’Connor and Request for Instructions from the Court, filed by the law firm retained on behalf of debtors, Andrews Davis Legg Bixler Milsten & Murrah (hereinafter “counsel”).
