INTRODUCTION
Before the Court are four motions: (1) Plaintiffs’ Motion to Terminate or Limit the Deposition of M.A., (Dkt. 47); (2) Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment, (Dkt. 51); (3) Plaintiffs’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, (Dkt. 53); and (4) Defendants’ Motion to Strike Count III of Plaintiffs’ Second Amended Complaint.
