These cases involving marine engines and outdrives imported at Seattle and New York from Sweden are before this court a second time following the decision of the Court of Customs and Patent Appeals in Eaton Manufacturing Co., et al. v. United States, 60 CCPA 23, C.A.D. 1076, decided November 30, 1972 on cross-appeals from our decision in Eaton Manufacturing Co. et al. v. United States, 66 Cust. Ct. 293, C.D. 4207 (1971).
