Affirming.

Marshall Osborn died in February, 1902, the owner of a tract of land in Pike county, containing about sixty acres on which he resided. He left a widow and eight children. On October 18, 1902, John Moore bought the interest of Viola Belcher, a daughter. She and her husband then executed to him a deed therefor. On the same day the widow executed to him a deed for her dower interest in the land, but no dower had been assigned to her.
