This is a bill perpetually to enjoin the defendant from impairing or interfering with the alleged right of the plaintiffs to take waters from springs on the defendant’s land. By warranty deed dated May 15, 1849, George Whit-comb, the defendant’s predecessor in title, granted and conveyed to William B.
