This matter arises from a shooting incident that occurred at a party held at the Firefighters’ Home (the Home) in Allentown, Lehigh *417County, Pennsylvania. The plaintiff was struck in the face by a bullet while attending the party. As a result, he suffered serious bodily injuries, for which he seeks both compensatory and punitive damages from the defendants.
