h Following the trial court’s grant of a judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV) in their favor, Plaintiffs, Rodney Brack, individually and on behalf of his minor daughter, Savannah Brack, and Shannon Brack, appealed and sought a reversal of that portion of the JNOV finding Brack twenty percent at fault in causing the accident as well as an increase in the amount of damages awarded.
