I.INTRODUCTION
The matter before the Court is the “Motion to Alter or Amend Judgment Under Rule 9023 As It Incorporates Rule 59(e)”1 (the “Motion”) filed by the debtor Hanish, LLC (the “Debtor”) and the objection thereto2 (the “Objection”) filed by creditor Phoenix REO, LLC (“Phoenix).
