OPINION OF THE COURT

Sweeney, J.

This is an appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, which affirmed the decision of a Referee sustaining an initial determination of the Industrial Commissioner disqualifying claimant from receiving benefits *535on the ground that she lost her employment through misconduct in connection therewith.

Claimant was employed as an employment security clerk at a local unemployment insurance office. Due to a reduction in the work force claimant was informed in May, 1976 that she was to be laid off and such was to occur at the end of the first pay…
