This is an appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 21, 1974, which affirmed the decision of a referee sustaining an initial determination of the Industrial Commissioner disqualifying claimant from receiving benefits, effective September 18, 1973, upon the ground that he voluntarily left his employment without good cause.

Claimant, a plumber’s helper, was employed by a Rhinebeck, New York concern until September 17,1973. In the performance of his duties claimant wore a uniform furnished by the employer which bore the name of the employer plumbing concern.…
