2Per curiam

Charles Iseley appeals from the District Court’s orders granting Defendants’ motion for summary judgment. For the reasons that follow, we will affirm the District Court’s judgment.

In 1988, Charles Iseley was convicted of numerous robbery and assault charges. He is currently incarcerated at State Correctional Institution at Fayette. Iseley suffers from numerous physical ailments. In 1998, he was diagnosed with Hepatitis-C (“HCV”). He also suffers from chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and rheumatoid arthritis.
