In August, 1923, the present plaintiffs, who are W. L. Morris and his three children, issue of his marriage with his first wife, now deceased, filed two suits in the Fourth District Court of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, claiming title to certain property in Section 29, Township 18 North, Range 3 East. The first of those suits was docketed as No. 12,085 of that court and sought to assert title in the plaintiffs to the south 30 acres of the SE^ of SE14, Section 29, Township 18 North, Range 3 East.
