Michael Savage (Movant) appeals the judgment denying, without an evidentiary hearing, his Rule 24.035 motion for post- conviction relief. Movant contends the motion court clearly erred in denying a hearing on his ineffective assistance of counsel claim. We reverse and remand for an evidentiary hearing.
