MEMORANDUM DECISION CONCERNING A FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE

I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the Court on a “Complaint to Avoid Fraudulent Transfer of Property” (“Complaint”) filed with the Court on August 31, 2007 by the Chapter 7 Trustee (“Trustee”). An “Answer to Complaint to Avoid Fraudulent Transfer of Property” was filed on October 3, 2007 by the Defendant, Lucy N. Roca, the Debtor’s mother (“Defendant”).
