McGILL, Justice.

This is a suit to specifically enforce an alleged accepted option to purchase the *762leased premises contained in a lease of the north 25 feet of the west 10 feet of lot 1 and north 25 feet of Lots 2, 3 and 4 in Block 56 of Logan Heights Addition to the city of El Paso County, Texas.

Appellees were plaintiffs and appellants were defendants in the trial court.
