Introduction

Rodney Twitty (Twitty) filed a Rule 24.035 1 motion for post-conviction relief, claiming that he received ineffective assistance of plea counsel when he entered an Alford plea to multiple counts of robbery in the first degree, armed criminal action, robbery in the second degree, and burglary in the first degree.
