This is an action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(a) for judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (“the Secretary”) denying the plaintiff’s applications for the establishment of a period of disability, disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income (“SSI”) under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i), 423, and 1381, et seq.
