2Per curiam
This is an appeal from a district court order dismissing appellant’s complaint with prejudice. We reverse the order dismissing the complaint, in part, and remand for further proceedings.
Appellant brought a complaint in district court on July 15, 1980, and filed an amended complaint on August 21, 1980. The first cause of action in the amended complaint alleged a violation of NRS 613.330(1). The second cause of action alleged violations of sections 503-505 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. §§ 793-794a. (Supp. V 1981).
