The Superior Court, on the basis of a master’s report, entered a final decree permanently enjoining the defendants (officers and agents of the International Association of Theater, Stage Employees, and Motion Pictures Operators, Local 223) from picketing the plaintiff’s theatre. The defendants appealed.
