This is an appeal from a decree of the court of chancery, entered in a proceeding instituted by the respondent, the purpose of which was to cancel a certain policy of liability insurance issued to Harry Garfinkel, one of the appellants herein, and also to enjoin and restrain the said assured and the other appellants from instituting or prosecuting any suit upon the said policy of insurance.
