Andrews, Judge.
Scott Robert Heath, convicted of DUl to the extent that he,was less safe to drive, and speeding, appeals contending that the court improperly allowed certain testimony into evidence, refused to allow his expert to remain during a witness’ testimony, and refused to excuse a juror for cause. We affirm.
