David Foster was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol to the extent he was a less safe driver (DUI), driving with a suspended license, and failure to maintain lane. His motion for new trial was denied. On appeal, he challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, admission of his statements to police, and the trial court’s refusal to strike a juror for cause.
