Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Otsego County (Coccoma, J.), rendered May 15, 2000, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of driving while intoxicated and which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.

Defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of driving while intoxicated and admitted violating the terms of his probation. At sentencing, defendant asserted his innocence and then moved to withdraw his plea. County Court denied defendant’s motion and sentenced him in accordance with the negotiated plea agreement.
