■— In an action, inter alia, to declare article X (§ 60, subd [T], par 3) of the Uniform Code of Traffic Ordinances of the Town of Brookhaven unconstitutional, plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Geiler, J.), dated October 19,1982, which, after a nonjury trial, declared the ordinance to be constitutional and denied plaintiff’s application for a permanent injunction against the enforcement of that law.
