Mrs. Anna M. Baldwin, an aged lady, and her* daughter, Mrs. George Y. Scott, bought at Memphis, Tenn., from the Rouisville & Nashville Railroad Company, tickets entitling them to first-class transportation from Memphis, Tenn., to -Bowling Green, Ky., by a train leaving at 1 p. m. August 9, 1902, and due to *69arrive at Bowling Green about 5 o’clock a. m. They also bought from the agent of the Pullman Palace Car Company at Memphis one sleeping car ticket entitling them to the use of one sleeping berth as far as Bowling Green.
