THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant CACI Premier Technology, Inc.’s (“CACI”- or “CACI PT”) Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject-Matter Jurisdiction (Doc. 516). This case concerns the civil tort claims of four Iraqi citizens alleg*438ing that CACI PT, a United States military government contractor, interrogators aided and abetted military soldiers who abused and tortured them during their detention at Abu Ghraib prison (“Abu Ghraib”) in Iraq.
