I. Introduction

On July 26, 2006, the Court granted Robert L. Pryor’s (“Appellee”), the Chapter 7 Trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Marlene Ben-Baruch (“Appellant”), motion to dismiss Appellant’s two (2) appeals from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York (Bernstein, J.). Appellant now moves for vacatur pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b)(6).
