Hopkins, J.:
The plaintiff is the wife of William Ogg; the defendants, Frank R. and Mary D. Ogg, are William’s parents. The action was one by the wife to recover damages from'her husband’s parents for alienation of the husband’s affections. Trial to a jury resulted in a verdict for plaintiff. The court set aside the verdict .against the mother, but rendered judgment against the father. The father appeals, and the plaintiff has filed a cross appeal from the order setting aside the verdict as to the mother.
