Kelley v. State

Appellant Allen Shane Kelley, by and through his attorney, Michael J. Dodson, has filed a motion for rule on the clerk. The motion reflects that the judgment of conviction was filed on October 10,2003, and the notice of appeal was timely filed pn October 22, 2003.
