In this products liability case, we examine the scope of successor liability in general, and of a successor corporation’s duty to warn its customers of defects in a product manufactured by its *699predecessor. The trial court granted defendant Cone-Blanchard Machine Company’s motion for summary disposition. The Court of Appeals reversed, holding that summary disposition was improper. It concluded that the plaintiff established a prima facie case of continuity of enterprise sufficient to allow a products liability claim against Cone-Blanchard.
