Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Corrado, J.), rendered November 26, 1990, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant’s contention, the prosecutor’s summation did not constitute reversible error (see, People v Roopchand, 107 AD2d 35, affd 65 NY2d 837). Of the challenged comments by the prosecutor which have been preserved for appellate review, we find that most were within the bounds of permissible rhetorical…
