Defendant appeals from a trial court order denying his motions for return of property seized from him at the time of his arrest.

On October 16, 1975, the defendant’s home was searched by police pursuant to a valid warrant. The police discovered illegal drugs in the house. After obtaining defendant’s consent to search his automobile, the police found that it contained approximately $4,300 in cash, but no drugs or other contraband.
