McDONALD, Bankruptcy Judge.
James Killips, the Chapter 11 Trustee of Debtor Prime Realty, appeals from the judgment of the bankruptcy court 1 in favor of Defendants on Trustee’s preference and fraudulent conveyance claims. We affirm.

Debtor, Prime Realty, Inc. (“Prime”), was involved in several joint ventures with Leo Dahlke and RCS & Sons, Inc. (“RCS”). The primary purpose of these joint ventures was to purchase and develop real property (the “Real Property”). Rob ert C. Schropp was the sole shareholder of RCS.
