Pending before the Court is Defendant Christian Audigier, Inc.’s (“CAI”) and Audigier Brand Management Group LLC’s (“ABMG”) (collectively, “Audigier” or “Audigier entities”) Motion for Summary Judgment as to all Cross-Claims Asserted by New Life, filed on June 6, 2011.
