Shelly Turner, administratrix of the Estate of Ricky Turner, deceased, brings this appeal from the entry of summary judgment against her. Turner had filed suit against appellee Northwest Arkansas Neurosurgery Clinic, P.A. (Clinic), for negligent hiring, supervision, and retention. She argues three points on appeal: the trial court erred in denying her motion to reconsider an order in limine, in granting summary judgment to the Clinic, and in denying her request to take certain depositions.
