This is the second appeal to come before us in this action brought by appellant, Shelly Turner, administratrix of the estate of Ricky Turner, for negligent hiring, supervision, and retention against appellee Northwest Arkansas Neurosurgery Clinic, P.A. In Turner v. Northwest Arkansas Neurosurgery Clinic, P.A., 84 Ark. App. 93, 133 S.W.3d 417 (2003), we reversed the Washington County Circuit Court’s entry of summary judgment to appellee and remanded the case for trial.
